feeling anxious and overwhelmed can definitely be a scary thing but something that can be managed!

this gif here is meant to help with your breathing, helping you take deeper breaths, helping yourself come down from your anxiety! breathing techniques are and great way to help reduce anxiety because you can do it anytime and anywhere!

grounding yourself is also a great way to bring down anxiety! hyper focusing on your surroundings can help you, for example:

  • what can i feel? (physically)

  • what can i smell?

  • what can i see?

  • what can i hear?
